TSI Support Center

The TSI Customer Support Center has been created to provide up-to-date technical information for each of our products, as well as direct access to the TSI Support Staff.

There are many features included in the Support Center, which are briefly explained in the table below.

Feature Description
Download Products Use your customer UserID and Password to download the latest versions of your currently-licensed TSI products.
Product Documentation Download product fact sheets, overviews, manuals, etc.
Support On-line Aids the Support Staff in efficiently diagnosing and correcting a customer's problem. Contains a list of questions regarding the customer's platform, the product and version, etc.

Product Compatibility Matrix Contains the current version, operating system compatibility, etc.

Product Notices Contains information for each product regarding Zaps and fixes with a description of the problem they were designed to remedy.

TSI Automatic Notification Allows customers to specify whether they would like to automatically be contacted by e-mail regarding a product upgrade, early warning, or Zap.

Evaluator Kit Allows customers to evaluate and justify software purchases. Includes historically archived sections of Frequently Asked Questions and Customer Comments for certain products. Please note that customers should consult the TSI Products and Services page for the most up-to-date information when performing evaluations.

Affiliate Support Center Contains relevant product news, the Second Level Support Form, and an FTP site, which will allow the communication of files between TSI and the affiliates.
