TSI Affiliate Support Center

The TSI Affiliate Support Center has been built to create a convenient environment for our affiliates to obtain the latest product information, report customer problems, and send files to or receive files from TSI.

The features of the Affiliate Support Center are described below.

Product Notices
Contains information for each product regarding Zaps and fixes with a description of the problem they were designed to remedy, as well as information about compatibility, Y2K, and OS/390 issues.

Second Level Support Form
Allows the TSI Support Staff to efficiently aid the affiliates with their customer problems.

FTP Site
Allows communication of files between TSI and the affiliate. It is an alternative to sending these files by e-mail or tape. You can send dumps or any other output, or you may download the latest Zaps and fixes.
